Significance:
Prabodhini Gyaras ( Dev uthani Gyarash in common) is the 11th lunar day (ekadashi) in the Bright fortnight (Shukla Paksha) of the Hindu month of Kartik. From this day to Purnima (Full moon of the same month) a festival is organized at Omkareshwar, Known as Kartik Mela. Panchkroshi Yatra also starts in this period
